InvitationConsultants.com customer service team will now be available from 8am until 8pm EST

Customer service hours for InvitationConsultants.com will be extended for an additional three hours to better serve international and west coast customers, as of Tuesday, October 11.

The change comes following the company's decision to offer international shipping. "We had been receiving requests over the past few years to ship our products internationally, said President, Allison De Meulder. "With the growth of our in-house line, we were able to offer shipping to more places."

InvitationConsultants.com began shipping to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium and the Netherlands - in addition to the United States and Canada - earlier this year.

"Our morning hours allow us to speak with international customers - while the later evening hours are what our west coast customers need," said De Meulder. The company sites an on-going effort to be available for their customers as the reason for the change in hours.

Invitation Consultants will be available via phone, email and live chat service from 8:00am until 8:00pm EST, Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, the e-tailer will be available until 5:00 pm EST.

Previously, InvitationConsultants.com's customer service department was available from 9:00am until 5:00pm EST.
