| 1. Start by addressing the envelopes. The inner envelopes should only have the guests' names. The outer envelope has the guests' names and address. Remember to use proper titles and do not abbreviate on the outer envelope. |

| 2. Place tissue paper over invitation wording for protection. Insert the invitation into the lined inner envelope, with the printed side facing towards the flap. |

| 3. Place the respond envelope behind the respond card with the envelope flap over the card. A stamp can be affixed to the respond envelope at this point. Insert into the inner envelope in front of the invitation. The card's printed side should be facing the same way as the invitation. |

| 4. Place the reception card into the inner envelope in front of the respond card. Map or direction cards can also be inserted at this point, in back of the reception card.
Remember to have all pieces facing the back flap of the envelope, like the invitation.

| 5. Fold down the flap of the addressed inner envelope. This envelope does not seal. Insert the inner envelope into the outer envelope with the guests' names facing the outer envelope flap. |

| 5. Seal the addressed outer envelope closed and affix a stamp |
