How can I place an order?


All orders must be placed using the easy and secure online order form. Orders may not be placed by phone, fax or email.

Can I place my order over the phone?


All orders, including sample orders, must be placed online through our secure online ordering system. A Live Chat is available for your convenience to assist you with all of your ordering questions. You may also reach us via email at customerservice@invitationconsultants.com or by phone Toll-free 888.381.4400 during our Customer Service hours: Monday thru Friday 9:30a.m. – 5:00p.m. EST.

Where can I view pricing?


Pricing for each item is different. To determine pricing go to the item you are interested in and click on the “Get Instant Pricing” tab or view the "Price Chart".

How fast can I receive my order?


Each item has a specific production time which is listed directly below the item's name on its main page. This information is also listed on the Shopping Cart page. Please note, the production time is separate from the shipping method you select. Unfortunately, we are not able to rush production however we do offer expedited shipping options if needed.

What is a sample?


Samples are available to be ordered before an order is placed. The majority of samples are available non-printed and intended to show the customer the color & quality of the cardstock. Samples cost $2.50 each and are available with two shipping options: 7 - 12 business days (shipping is free) or 2 - 4 business days (Rush shipping is $12). To order a sample go to the item you are interested in and click "Order Sample. "

Can I see a typeset e-mailed proof before I place my order?


Depending on the item you order, you will have the ability to see either an instant proof when you start customizing your item, or when you get to the Shopping Cart page you will see the option to order a free electronic proof to be emailed to you within 2-3 business days. Please note, for the 2nd option, an order does have to be placed to receive this Eproof via email. Once you see the proof, you will have an opportunity to make changes or even cancel the order and order a different item if necessary. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer hard copy versions of proofs.

Do you charge for proofs?


If an item already offers an instant online proof & you'd like to receive an email version after the order is placed with any suggested changes the cost is $8.00. If an item does not offer an instant proof then the 1st proof is complimentary. Any additional proof requests are $10.00. Please make sure all requests and specifications are clear when placing your order.

Can I customize the wording on any item?


You may choose your own wording on any item, unless otherwise stated in the item description.

I am having trouble wording my invitations, is there sample wording available to help me?


We have a large selection of sample wording available for invitations, announcements, enclosure cards and holiday cards. Please click here to view sample wording.

My proof doesn't show the design or ink color I selected? Will it be printed this way?


Proofs are typically done in black and white and any designs will not be shown on the proof, but will be on your final product.

I want my order to look just like the sample, how can I ensure this?


The online order form allows you to type any special instructions you might have. Please specify that you would like your order printed in the same format like the sample online.

Can I have a logo printed on an item?


Logos can be printed on most items. Please click here for more information on logos. If you need further assistance, please contact Customer Service at Toll-free 888.381.4400.

Does my invitation, announcement, stationery or holiday cards come with envelopes?


All of our items come with envelopes, unless otherwise stated on the item description page. Specific details such as the envelope color, size & flap style can be found under the “Item Details” tab below the item's written description.

How do I select more than one font for my invitations?


If your item offers an instant online proof, then on the order form indicate your selection for the Main font and then indicate your 2nd font option. In the section where you enter in your wording line by the line, check the box "2nd font" for the lines you would like printed in the alternate font selection. If the item does not offer the instant online proof, then you can let us know in the Special Instructions box located below where you enter in your main wording. Please provide the desired font code available specifically for that item. There is no additional charge for this type of request.

Can I add more lines of text than I am given on the order form?


We advise that you stay within the amount of lines we provide on the order form. If you absolutely need to, you can add the additional text in the special instructions section of the order form. Please note, items can generally accommodate 1 – 2 additional lines other than what's provided on the order form.
