How quickly can I receive my order?
The printing time for each product varies. Each item has a specific production time which is listed on the item's description page. Look for the words 'ready to ship after…' Please note the production (printing) time is separate from the shipping method you select.
How can I place an order?
All orders must be placed using the easy and secure online order form. To ensure accuracy, orders may not be placed by phone, fax or email.
Can I place my order over the phone?
All orders, including sample orders, must be placed online through our secure online ordering system. A Live Chat is available for your convenience to assist with all of your ordering questions. Where can I view pricing?
Pricing for each item is different. Click on the item you are interested in and try our easy-to-use calculate price option. Once you have clicked on your item, you will see this great feature. Then simply use the drop-down menus to select which items and quantities you need and click "calculate price." It's as easy as that!
What is a sample?
Samples may be ordered before an order is placed. The majority of samples are sent
non-printed and are intended to show you the color & quality of the cardstock. Samples cost $2.50 each and are available with two shipping options: 7 - 9 business days (shipping is free) or 2 - 4 business days (with rush shipping for a fee). To order a sample, go to the item you are interested in and click the Order a Sample button at the top of the details page. Please note samples may arrive in multiple shipments.
Can I see a typeset e-mailed proof before I place my order?
When you click Order Now: Personalize for an item, you can enter your wording and receive an instant preview of your design, wording, ink color and font choice.
Do you charge for proofs?
If you choose to receive an emailed proof after you have placed an order, the charge is $8.00. The instant preview option is free of charge. There is an additional charge for additional proofs.
Can I customize the wording on any item?
You may choose your own wording on any item. We also offer wording suggestions during the ordering process.
Is it ok to make a change to the order after I have placed it?
We can accept changes after the order has been placed as long as the item has not been printed. You can submit your change by completing the "Change your Order" form in the Help Center, emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone Toll-free 888.381.4400 during our Customer Service hours. Some changes may be subject to a $10 late change fee if the order has already been sent into production.
I am having trouble wording my invitations, is there sample wording available to help me?
I want my order to look just like the sample, how can I ensure this?
The online order form allows you to type any special instructions you might have. Please specify that you would like your order printed in the same format like the sample online. Or you can create this when going through the preview process.

Do my invitation, announcement, stationery or holiday cards come with envelopes?
All of our items come with envelopes, unless otherwise stated on the item description page. Specific details such as the envelope color, size, flap style & lining options can be found on this page.
Can I change the cardstock of my invitation, announcement, stationery or holiday cards?
We cannot change the thickness of the paper. We do offer a variety of paper choices. The paper stock will be noted on the item description page. We can change the background coloring of a variety of items.
Can I change the colors on my invitation?
We do carry a variety of items where the coloring on the card can be changed. These items will be designated with a colorful circle that says 'more colors available'. Other items may be manually edited by our designers and there is a Special Request fee.
How can I order more invitations?
After you've received the order, the easiest way to order more of any piece is to place a reorder. You can reorder with no changes, slight changes, or extensive changes. You can easily place a reorder though our Help center or through your account. Please click here for more information on reorders.

We like a good sale! Each week we offer a different promotion or sale which is noted on our home page. In the top header, our 'What's on Sale' link will take you directly to our current sale. We also offer various coupons and promotions through our blog, twitter and facebook page.
What will my invitations cost to mail?
When mailing your invitations, the postage may vary due to the weight of the item or the shape/size. Square items require additional postage and items with embellishments such as ribbons or bows need to be hand cancelled. Please click here for more information on postage.
Can I have hebrew printed on my order?
Can I order my invitations blank?
Certain items can be ordered blank, with the design only. You can view whether blank stock is available on the description page for an item. There is no discount for blank stock.
Can you send me a catalog?
Due to the variety of products and the fact that we add new products daily, we do not offer catalogs. You can search for items using the category tabs at the top of our website or search using the search box.
