Cancelling your Order


Do you unfortunately have to cancel your order? If you have placed an order and wish to cancel the order, call Invitation Consultants at Toll-free 888.381.4400 or e-mail customerservice@InvitationConsultants.com (please include your order # in the subject line) as soon as possible. We hope you will come back again soon!

  • Orders may not be cancelled by fax or mail.
  • If your order has been processed, your order cannot be cancelled.
  • If your order has not been processed, a consultant will cancel your order and your credit card will be credited within 7 business days.
