How to Submit your Artwork Files

By E-mail (Easiest)

Check your file

Check your file and make sure it is high quality at 600 dpi or in vector format (preferred). Make sure it is one of the supported file types listed below. If the file size of the logo exceeds 4mb, please send via mail.

E-mail your file

E-mail your file to: customerservice@invitationconsultants.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.

Your files are reviewed

Our customer service team will review your file and contact you if there are any problems. They may ask you to resend your file if it is not high- resolution.

By Mail

Print your artwork

Print two black and white copies of your artwork. Please make sure that they are printed crisp and clear and are not faded.

Mail your artwork to:

We will mail your artwork back to you within 4 weeks.

Your artwork is reviewed

Our customer service team will review your artwork and contact you if there are any problems.

Note: We cannot reproduce artwork which has been taken off of the internet or from a book. The artwork must be created by you or you have received permission to reproduce the artwork. Reception or ceremony location artwork is acceptable if the location has approved its use.

.PDF (High-resolution or vector)
Adobe Illustrator (.AI, vector-based)
.EPS (Converted to outlines)
Adobe Photoshop (.PSD)
.TIFF (Maximum quality)

Unsupported File Types

Word Documents
PowerPoint
Adobe InDesign
.jpeg, .gif, or .bmp
Any low resolution file (below 300 dpi)
