I did a ton of "hands-on" research with other vendors and their customized process was not as user friendly, designs were tacky and limited information could be incorporated into the invite. Your products were fun, classy, and tasteful -- a great selection to choose from. I could incorporate all of my text and the self-customizing process was super user-friendly (i.e., I was able to take one of your wedding invites and turn it into a bat mitzvah invite). We had a wonderful experience placing our order with Invitation Consultants. They contacted us right away when they noticed a font we picked for our invites didn't match the font we had chosen for our RSVP, which of course was our mistake & happily corrected it for us. They also contacted us when their cutting machine was down & their new one hadn't arrived yet to see if we wanted to wait for the machine to arrive, or nix the corner cutting. Wonderful experience all around! I spoke with Amy on the phone she was very helpful.

Thanks so much to Kristin, who corresponded with me in Australia via email so promptly. Her help was marvellous and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I was also so happy with the price for all that I got, soooo much cheaper than Australia. I think I roughly paid about $3.70 an invite, even less with our Australian dollar. When I priced invites on the net in Australia I was looking at anywhere between $8-$12 for a similar product. So once again, thank you all so much... and to Kristin who was able to follow up my order and have it sent to my friend's hotel while she was in Orlando. Very much appreciated. The invites are perfect! You need to start a business in Australia with those prices!!"
