Our Invitation Consultants work with every aspect of an order, from consulting the customer, to working with proofs, prepping orders and coordinating printing and shipping. We are confident that whether you contact us via our toll-free number, email or instant chat, that your questions about items, ordering or your order will be thoroughly answered in a timely manner and you will be confident that your special occasion's invitations are in the right hands.

We have taken our customer service into a new direction as well. We service a myriad of companies and organizations from Fortune 500's to mom-and-pop stores to national service organizations to colleges and universities. Corporations and service organizations that place orders of $1800 or more will be assigned an Account Executive to their order. Our Account Executives work with companies and organizations on a daily basis, with such special requests as printing logos, address, stuff and mailing their invitations or cards, and shipping orders to multiple locations, just to name a few examples.

We also have an ASM specialist which works directly with our clients/customers choosing our signature Address, Stuff and Mail service. All of our consultants are knowledgeable in our service. We do have one specialist (Ashley, asm@invitationconsultants.com or call 888-381-4400 ext. 246) that coordinates all of these orders from start to finish. So if you order this service, feel confident that she will work with you on sending us your guest list in the correct format and understanding any special requirements you have for your invitations or cards.
