Can I preview my wording?

The online preview is a preview of how your wording will be printed. Our consultants will review this before printing and make any minor adjustments if necessary.


Can I print my logo?


Your logo can be printed on this item in the same ink color as your wording for a charge of $20. Logos can be printed in a different ink color than your wording, the extra charge is: $35 setup + $10 per 25 cards. Logos can be printed in two different ink colors, the extra charge is: $70 setup + $20 per 25 cards. We can also print your logo in the PMS color of your choice for an additional fee of $60 per color. Please include your logo instructions in the Special Requests box of our online order form. Please email your logo to customerservice@invitationconsultants.com. Our help center contains more info on printing logos.

Can I print in a foreign language?

Printing in a foreign language using a Roman alphabet (e.g. Spanish, French, etc.): no extra charge. Enter your wording in our online order form exactly how you would like it to appear. Please include all the necessary accents.

Printing in a foreign language using non-Roman lettering (e.g. Chinese, Russian, Greek, etc.): $20 charge. You would need to provide us with your wording in a print-ready PDF format. Please specify this in the Special Requests section of the online order form. *Hebrew names only, do not require a PDF, see our Help Center for more info.

Our Address, Stuff and Mail Service

We take care of it all.

Let us make it easier on you. We can handle the addressing, stuffing and mailing of your invitations directly to your recipients.

Options/Costs
  • Address ONLY: $.30 per card for addressing outer envelopes. $.10 per card for addressing inner envelopes (if applicable)
  • Stuff ONLY: $0.20 per card
  • Address and Stuff: $0.35 per card
  • Address, Stuff, Stamp and Mail: $0.40 per card (Cost of postage is extra. We will use a stamp appropriate for the event; specific stamp requests will incur a $15 fee to purchase.)

*If your invitation requires assembly (i.e. for ribbons, layering, jackets) extra charges apply.

*If additional guest addresses are added after the original list has been printed, there is a $15 set up fee to print the additional names.

  • INCLUDED: We can address, stuff and stamp your envelopes and mail them to your guests! This service is available only for quantities of 50 or more cards/invitations for most of our items (please see item description for availability of ASM service.) Everything will be mailed using regular stamps (First Class Mail).
  • TIME TO RECEIVE: This service adds an extra 2-4 business days to your order.

  • Please enter your addresses in the spreadsheet exactly the way you would like them to appear on the envelopes (for example, capitalization, punctuation and abbreviations).
  • Please send your spreadsheet with your order number in the subject line to asm@invitationconsultants.com. We will contact you upon receipt.
  • We will review your spreadsheet before printing. If we find inconsistencies, you will have the choice to revise the spreadsheet and resend, or we can provide this service for a $25 charge.

How quickly will I receive my order?

General Photo Information

Photo Submitting Options

    Uploading a Digital Camera Photo
  • Upload your photo directly from your digital camera without cropping or editing. You will be able to crop your photo when personalizing your invitation or card.
  • Your photo must be a high resolution to print clearly. High resolution photos are 300 DPI or larger.
  • Photos uploaded to Facebook, Flickr and other photo sharing websites may not print clearly. These websites often convert your photos to a low resolution so they display faster.
  • Photos taken on a cell phone will may be a high enough resolution to print clearly.
    Scanning Printed Photos
  • Scan your photo at 300 DPI or higher, scaled at 100%. Most scanners are set at a default 150 DPI. Make sure to change your scanner settings to at least 300 DPI.
  • Save images as .jpg files at the highest quality setting.
  • Your photo must be a high resolution to print clearly. High resolution photos are 300 DPI or larger.
    Mailing Printed Photos
  • Send photo(s) that are 3" x 5" or larger, but no larger than 8" x 10".
  • If multiple photos are sent, please specify the placement of each photo.
  • Please lightly write the order number on the back of each photo(s).
  • Write 'DO NOT BEND' on the envelope and mail to:

PRODUCT DETAILS
Description This invitation is tied with sophistication with a pearlized floral design on the right side. A satin ribbon is tied to the right of your wording. This invitation comes with black inner envelopes and white outer envelopes. Customer assembly of ribbon is required. Coordinating reception, respond, and informal/thank you cards are available.

Once you are ready to mail your invitations, please go to your local post office and request that each envelope is hand canceled. The process of hand cancellation allows the post office to manually mark the stamped envelope. This will prevent your envelopes from going through a machine that could damage the ribbon inside.
