Addressing Service

  • The addressing service is available for orders with quantities of 50 or more.
  • Reviewing Your Spreadsheet: We will review your spreadsheet before printing. If we find inconsistencies, we will send the spreadsheet back for you to revise.
  • Additional Turnaround Time: These services will add 3 - 5 business days to your order.
  • Sending your Spreadsheet: Click the button below to download the template and start entering your guest list.

    IMPORTANT: Printing will not begin on your order until the list has been submitted.

    Enter your addresses in the spreadsheet exactly the way you would like them to appear on the envelopes (for example, capitalization, punctuation and abbreviations). Send your spreadsheet with your order number in the subject line to hello@invitationconsultants.com. We will contact you upon receipt.
  • The addressing service does not include assembly of invitations, stuffing of envelopes, nor postage.

  • Address ONLY: $.45 per card for addressing outer envelopes.
  • Stuff ONLY: $0.25 per card
  • Address and Stuff: $0.55 per card
  • Address, Stuff, Stamp and Mail: $0.65 per card (Cost of postage is extra. We will use a stamp appropriate for the event; specific stamp requests will incur a $15 fee to purchase.)
  • Variable Printing Option: Add your Guests' Names to invitations for a flat fee of $40 per order. If you choose this option, send the the spreadsheet with your guests' information after placing your order to hello@invitationconsultants.com
